Alexis walked into the high ceiling Ravenclaw common room and smiled, this was one of her favorite places in the castle. She walked over to one of the soft gold couches and plopped down on it.

Alexis was so glad that the day was almost over, with classes and everything Alexis was bushed, and wished she had someone around to chat to, but when she looked around, couldn't find one person in her common room and sighed.

Kylie walked down from the dorm, tears streaming down her face. She didn't want to go to the other school! She hopped the common room was empty, because she didn't feel like talking. She spotted Alexis, and knew she couldn't ignore her best friend.

She sat down on the couch, and sighed. "Hey, Alexis."

Alexis was so relieved when she saw Kylie walk into the common room, but then saw the tears streaming down her face. Alexis jumped off the couch and ran to her friend.

"Kylie! What happened? Is everything alright, is Tyler okay?" Alexis said very quickly. What could make her best friend cry like this? Whatever it was Alexis would help fix it, if she could.

"Did you and Brady have a fight?"

Kylie hugged her friend. "A-alexis.... it's h-horrible..." Kylie sobbed, letting go. "T-tonight i-is m-my last n-night h-here.... i-i got t-the let-leter yesterday...." She took out the piece of parchment from her jeans, and handed it to Alexis. "I- I feel terrible.... i-i ....."

Alexis walked into the common room at the end of another day. Bleck, things were so confusing. Alexis dearly missed her best friend, but at least Tyler didn't get shipped off to another school, Alexis didn't know how she could cope loosing her best friend and her beloved boyfriend.

Alexis unwillingly pulled out her potions homework. Alexis could do different potions decently, but writing about them was torture! She just couldn't understand what the professor was trying to get through.

Avianna walked through the door, disgusted. Boys here were.... ewww! She smiled and flipped her hair, looked in the mirror. Oh, how beautiful! She smiled and looked around the room. She wasn't the only one in the room. Oh, yes. Drama. She cleared her voice. "Hey, Alexis." Oh boy, I hope thats her name.

She sat down beside her. "Potions?"

Alexis heard her name and looked up. Oh it was...oh shoot what did she tell everyone to call her? Avi! That was it.

"Oh hey Avi." Alexis said in a bored voice. "Yeah potions, it sucks." Alexis had to try very hard not to roll her eyes at this drama queen. She saw her look at her reflection in the window and had to laugh, which she turned into a cough, not wanting to sound completely rude.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Am I bugging you?" Asked Avianna rudely. "I'm sorry, but I'm trying to be nice. And you know what?" Avianna rolled her eyes. "You, obviously. Hate. Me." She got up and noticed she tried to laugh. "And atlease I care about my looks. Atlease I don't waste my beauty and wear really ugly stuff and no make-up."

Avianna walked away, and muttered, "Loser."

Alexis burst out laughing, not even bothering to hide her laugh anymore. "Yes you are bugging me, just be looking at yourself thinking you are the most gorgeous creature. And for you information, I do wear makeup, but I just wear it naturally so I don't look like a slut walking around selling herself." Alexis yelled across the common room at her back. "If that makes me a loser, then so be it!"

Avianna rolled her eyes and turned around. What a dork! She was going to make this place better, even if no one liked it. She then noticed she was with Tyler McWillen. She bit her lip and smirked. "Maybe, if you looked better, your boyfriend wouldn't want to break up with you," Ahh, the rumors going around. By Tyler's BFF, Ryan, and it was perfect. Good thing her told her, not anyone else. It would spread like a cheatah sprinting.

Alexis rolled her eyes. "You have no idea what you are talking about Avianna. Tyler and I are very happy together. You are just trying to start rumors, and get me trembling and shaking in my shoes." Alexis said pretending to shake all over. "Oh poor me, my boyfriend is going to leave me." Alexis said in a mocking voice. "You are such a nasty hearted girl." Alexis said in her normal voice.

Though Alexis tried to hide it, Alexis was still slightly shocked at what Avianna had to say, and thought that maybe there was something Alexis had missed. But that was the first though that went through her head. If Tyler really wanted to break up with me, then he would come out and say it, and not drag it on, but he doesn't want to break up with me. I can just tell. So Alexis stopped worrying about it.
